(To win prizes, cars must have been made by the kids, not the dads.  Mostly.)
We WILL HAVE A DADS RACE TOO, so dads, build yourself a car too!!

Official Rules are as follows:
Width shall not exceed 2-3/4 inches.
Length shall not exceed 7 inches.
Weight shall not exceed 5 ounces.
Axles, wheels, and body shall be from the materials provided in the kit.
Wheel bearings, washers, and bushings are prohibited.
No lubricating oil may be used, no liquids. Axles may be lubricated with powdered graphite or other dry lubricants.
The car shall not ride on any kind of spring.
The car must be free-wheeling, with no starting devices, finish line devices, propellants or any type of propulsion system.
No loose materials are allowed in the car.
No wet paint or any liquid or sticky materials of any kind are allowed.
There is no center rail on our track.
Limit one car per child.
